Challenge

Severe corrosion from H₂S and chlorides in a hot marine environment, with off-potential issues on platform steel and subsea lines. The client faced repeated CP failures and no online monitoring coverage before PayeshCo engagement.

Solution

ICCP design with MMO anodes, localized TR units, and online potential monitoring. CIPS/DCVG surveys along the pipeline route with setpoint tuning from POLARIS modeling. Installation of 12 TR stations and 800+ monitoring points.

"PayeshCo maintained offshore structure potentials within NACE SP0169 limits through rigorous engineering and an experienced field team. Transparent reporting and 24/7 responsiveness during operation were exemplary."
