The Technology of Viscoelastic Coatings
Long-term protection of critical points on tanks and equipment against water ingress and corrosion.
Tank bottom junctions, flanges, fittings, and complex-geometry surfaces are the most vulnerable points to moisture ingress and corrosion initiation. Viscoelastic coatings, with their putty-like, self-healing nature, flow completely over these surfaces to form a continuous, seamless water barrier.
Unlike rigid coatings, the viscoelastic material re-flows under impact or deformation and repairs potential cracks — providing a very long protective life for critical points. Application is cold, flame-free, and very fast.
